UPDF’s Maj Gen Eric Mukasa Dies
UPDF’s Chief of Staff Land Forces, Maj Gen Eric Mukasa, is dead.
The high ranking army officer passed away this Thursday morning at Nakasero Hospital, Kampala.
“We have lost yet another gallant general officer,” said UPDF spokesperson Brigadier Richard Karemire.
Karemire said Maj Gen Mukasa was sick for some time.
The development comes just days after the death of Brigadier General, Jackson Bell Tushabe.
Tushabe, a 61-year-old NRA war veteran, passed away this past Tuesday at Nakasero Hospital where he succumbed to multiple organ failure.
