Eric Mutebi Renews Contract With MYDA FC

Midfielder Eric Mutebi has extended his stay at the newly promoted Uganda Premier League side Malabba Youth Development Association Football Club (MYDA FC).

Mutebi was instrumental last season after guiding MYDA FC to the top flight League having topped the FUFA Big League Elgon group.

Before MYDA FC, he previously played for Artland Katale and Lweza Football Club (now defunct).

The club coached by Abdulsamad Musafiri has so far made three new signings in midfielder Kasango Waiswa, former Express player Isaac Doka Mweru and towering defender Yakubu Ramathan.

Prior to their maiden UPL season, MYDA FC will face off with UPDF FC to determine the 2019/2020 FUFA Big League winner.

FUFA set 17th October as the tentative date for 2020/2021 Uganda Premier League season kick-off.
