Marvin Joseph Signs for Bright Stars

Uganda Premier League outfit Soltilo Bright Stars Football Club has unveiled youthful defender Marvin Joseph.

The 20-year old central defender joins Bright Stars FC on a two-year contract from Hima Football Club.

He was among the players that were summoned by the Bulemezi Ssaza Football team for this year’s Masaza tournament which is tentatively scheduled for early November.

Joseph joins striker Jamil Kisitu Nvule, Gabriel Elagu, Emmanuel Loki, Samuel Kayongo Ssekamatte, Benson Wagima, Sadam Masereka, Ibrahim Tembo, Simon Peter Ssemayange, Marvin Youngman, Warren Bule, Joseph Jajali among others, as the other off-season signings.

Last season, Soltilo Bright Stars FC finished in the 12th position on the log having garnered 29 points in 25 games before the league was prematurely ended due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
