Jerry Jakisa: Onduparaka Unveil Second Signing
West Nile based side Onduparaka Football Club has confirmed the signing of right back Jerry Jakisa becoming their second recruit of the window after midfielder Bonny Musema.
Jakisa joins the Caterpillars on a two-year contract that will keep him at the Greenlight stadium until the climax of the 2021/2022 season.
Last season, he featured for FUFA Big League outfit Nebbi Central after featuring for Nyamityobora FC in the 2018/2019 season.
He also previously played for Buwekula in Buganda’s Masaza Cup tournament and St. Julian School in the Copa Coca-Cola tournament.
Jakisa is seen as a perfect replacement for Atendere Geriga who departed the club for moneybags Wakiso Giants last season.
Onduparaka have already appointed Vialli Bainomugisha as their new head coach who will be assisted by Abu Mubarak Wamboya and goalkeeping coach Ibrahim Kongo.
