M7’s Health: Museveni & Top Gov’t officials convene an emergency meeting over succession

On Saturday President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni held a high-level secret meeting with heads of the Legislature, Judiciary, and Executive, the arms that make up the government.

The meeting which has been dubbed as the meeting of the Three Arms Of Government was attended by Heads of each arm of Government.

According to Rebecca Kadaga, the meeting was attended by Speaker Rebecca Kadaga, Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah, Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, Vice President Prof. Edward Ssekandi, NRM Secretary General Kasule Lumumba and Chief Justice Bart Katureebe.

According to sources in the statehouse, President Museveni’s health is in a worrying state and the doctors gave him approximately 4 months to live.

“Museveni has called the heads of the three arms of government and their deputies to the statehouse, and told them that his doctors gave him around four months to live. He told them that he was going to make some emergency measures in many directions and were given the detailed plan to read and leave there” A source revealed to Ugandanz News Website

Ugandanz News Website tried to get official information from the attendees but all of them turned down our respect who regarded contents of the meeting as a matter of National security and strictly confidential.

However, our Spy intimated that among the key matters discussed was the 2021 General Election and a succession or transitional government in case of unexpected outcomes from the election.

Other Sources within the statehouse allege that the meeting involved plans of attacking Rwanda to make HER pay for continued arrogance and impunity and also device means of controlling the rising force of PEOPLE POWER MOVEMENT.
