Kaka Bagyenda Appointed Uganda’s Ambassador to Angola
The Former Internal Security Organisation (ISO) Col Frank Kaka Bagyenda, has been named Uganda’s ambassador to Angola.
Kaka who ware recently let go as the head of the ISO, was reportedly deployed to Luanda as the country’s first emissary there.
Officials the Foreign Affairs Ministry say Kaka will be the first head of the Embassy that Uganda just opened on South West African nation.
Mr Bagyenda was early this month fired as the Director General of ISO by President Yoweri Museveni, and replaced by Charles Oluka
