Sad news coming through comfirms the untimely death of former Kampala Lord Mayor Alhaj Nasser Ntege Sebaggala aka Seya.

A fortnight back, it was reported how the ever flamboyant politician accidentally slipped through and fell in his bathroom while taking a shower an incident that has in turn left him unconscious.

He was rushed at a breakneck speed and admitted at Kampala International Hospital (IHK) in a very critical condition.
