Defender Zziwa, Goalkeeper Ssetuba Unveiled at Tanzanian Club
Ugandan duo of defender Joseph Zziwa and goalkeeper Cleo James Ssetuba has been officially unveiled at Tanzania Premier League side Biashara United Football Club.
Both players join Biashara United signing two-year contracts each, seeing the duo stay at the club until the 2021/2022 season.
Defender Zziwa has signed for the Tanzanian side as a free agent having been released by Uganda Premier League club Express FC two months ago.
While Setuba recently featured for Kenyan Premier League side Sony Sugar. He also previously played for URA FC, Bright Stars, Nyamityobora, Wakiso Giants FC.
The duo joins other Ugandan players already playing their trade in Tanzania including Nicolas Wadada (Azam FC), Boban Zirintusa (Mtibwa Sugar) and Jackson Kibirige (Kagera Sugar).
Last season, Biashara United finished the Tanzania Premier League with 50 points from 38 matches.
