Brian Aheebwa: KCCA Unveil Sixth Signing

13-time Uganda Premier League Champions KCCA Football Club have unveiled striker Brian Aheebwa, becoming the sixth signing of this transfer window.

The center forward was unveiled during KCCA’s weekly TV show that airs on Sanyuka TV every Sunday night.

Aheebwa joins the ‘Kasassiro Boys’ on a three-year contract deal that will keep him at the StarTimes Stadium until 2022-2023 season.

Last season, Aheebwa featured for Mbarara City FC scoring Eight goals in the season as well as three goals apiece in the Stanbic Uganda Cup and the Pilsner Super Eight tournament.

He also played for Nyamityobora Football Club before joining the Ankole Lions.

Others players that have departed Mbarara City FC include midfielder Ibrahim Orit (Vipers SC), Steven Kabuye (Out of contract) and Bashir Muweesi.

Aheebwa joins Ashraf Mugume, Charles Lwanga, Stefan Loro Mazengo, Denis Iguma and Bright Anukani as the other new recruits at the club.
