Seasoned Journalist Sabiti Joseph Is Back Ahead Of 2021 Elections
Renowned political reporter Sabiti Joseph announced through Twitter that he is ending his Journalistic break. On Saturday he wrote, “The official count down to the end of the Journalistic break starts now!”
He, however, did not reveal his new work station.
Sabiti was a couple of months back linked to a job at Vision Group’s Urban TV. It was rumored that he would present a show named Check Point, but the show is currently hosted by someone else.
Sabiti currently works in the communication department of Action Aid.
Sabiti formerly worked with NBS TV where he found prominence as a seasoned political reporter.
BIOGRAPHY: INSPIRING STORY OF JOSEPH SABITI
Joseph Sabiti was born in the Northern part of Uganda in the present day district called Zombo district.
He attended Arua Hill primary school which is found in Arua district in the West Nile region. After completing his secondary school education, Joseph Sabiti joined Uganda Christian University where he pursued a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication.
After completing his degree in Mass Communication, Joseph Sabiti Joined NBS television as a television reporter and has since been reporting news about the latest political happenings in the country and he also occasionally appears on the Friday morning show called The Media Round Table where a group journalists and guests discuss the issues that took place in a given week and they offer their opinions and advice that they think can help the Ugandan government move foward.
Joseph Sabiti was one time banned from accessing the premises of State House Entebbe simply because of his honest opinions about the way the current NRM government is running affairs in the country.
Joseph Sabiti is married to Maureen Adong and they got married back in the year 2016 in a traditional ceremony. The couple met while at University.
Joseph Sabiti was a third year student studying Mass communication at Uganda Christian University while Maureen Adong was a first year student studying law at Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU).
Apparently, the pair met through the social networking website called Facebook in April 2011 and they started chatting, sending each other messages before finally meeting face to face with each other at a place called Kyaliwajjalla which is found in Namugongo.
The couple currently have a child together. Joseph Sabiti is an Inspiration to all the youths out there who are planning to join the media industry and shape their career in it.
He continues to inspire the youths out there especially boys with the work that he is doing in the media industry.
