Bbosa, Kambale in Spotlight as Express Seek Win Against the Caterpillars
Onduparaka vs Express – Arua
The StarTimes Uganda Premier League match day 21 will resume today on Friday as boggy side Onduparaka hosts relegation threatened Express in Arua.
Express’ new gaffer Wasswa Bbosa will be hoping to have a positive start on his return since his sacking in 2016.
Bbosa who replaced outgone George Ssimwogerere finds the team down in the relegation zone with 21 points off 20 games and will aim at getting maximum points at the Greenlight stadium.
The Red Eagles are boosted with the timely return of striker Eric Kambale who had departed the club but eventually returned and all his paperwork was done.
Kambale who will be relied on will partner with Dissan Galiwango and Frank Senyondo upfront.
Goalkeeper Mathias Muwanga is out while Hamdan Nsubuga and Cyrus Kibande are also still doubtful.
For the hosting team Onduparaka, they will also aim at getting back to winning ways having lost their last game 1-0 away to Vipers SC.
Onduparaka currently settles in the 5th place with 30 points, nine points above Express FC who they beat in the first round thanks to goals from Adinho Gibson and Caesar Okhuti at Wankulukuku.
The hosts will bank on their previous records against Express having claimed four wins and three draws in the previous seven engagements.
Onduparaka has lost six players in the previous two transfer windows and the recent one being Nicholas Kasozi. However, they acquired two players in Andama Sabir from Doves All Star and Nsereko Mali from Ndejje University.
Possible scores
Onduparaka 1-2 Express
