Eddy Kenzo Nominated in Cameroonian Muzikol Music Awards

Despite the pandemic and all its subsequent effects on the music industry, it looks like Eddy Kenzo is still traversing borders, with his music getting him numerous nominations, the latest being the Muzikol Music Awards (MUMA).

MUMA is an annual award gala held in Cameroon aimed at rewarding and recognizing distinguished performances and excellence in the African music industry.

Kenzo is nominated for the Best African Artist category together with Burna Boy, Master KG, Wizkid, Davido, Teni, Innos’ B, Shatta Wale, Diamond Platnumz and Salatiel.

Last week, he also scooped three nominations in the African Entertainment Awards, USA (AEUSA).

The ‘Tweyagale’ singer continues to put Uganda on the global scene with such nominations and recognition. This is probably why the Uganda Tourism Board appointed him, upon his offer, as the tourism ambassador.
