Musa Matovu Commits Future at Police FC

Left back-cum-winger Musa Matovu has extended his stay at Uganda Premier League outfit Police FC for two more years.

Matovu who is now the fourth player to sign a new contract at the club expressed is excitement upon the development.

“It is a pleasure having renewed my contract with the club. I learnt a lot from the previous season and can’t wait for the new campaign. I am assuring everyone a great display next season because I have got all it takes,” said Matovu.

The versatile player who can as well play in the midfield has previously played at Kampala Football Club and Aspire Academy based in Qatar.

Other players that have already renewed acquittances with the 2006 UPL winners are right back Denis Rukundo, midfielder Yusuf Ssozi and winger Johnson Odong.

Police has already welcomed new faces in this transfer window including defender Hassan “Mood” Muhammod, left back Eric Ssenjobe, goalkeeper Tom Ikara and veteran midfielder Tony Mawejje.
