Emma Kalyowa Wins Petition Against SC Villa; Poised to Receive Shs 11.7m
Sports Club Villa has been ordered to pay midfielder Emma Kalyowa a tune of Eleven million and Seventy Thousand shillings (Shs 11.7m) over accumulated uncleared salary arrears.
Last month, the midfielder took his dissatisfaction to his Facebook page, pinning his former side for failing to fulfill his contractual obligations after going ten months without receiving pay.
After reporting the club to the FUFA Dispute Resolution Chamber, it has been ruled that the SC Villa who have in the recent past been accused of failing to pay their players for more than six months, will have to pay Kalyowa a total of 11.7M within 30 days.
