Bajjo Threatens Legal Action Against Full Figure

Music promoter Andrew Mukasa aka Bajjo through his lawyers of Balikudembe and Company Advocates has threatened to drag to court Musician Jennifer Nakangubi aka Full Figure for uttering false allegations against him

In the Intention to Sue Notice dated 2nd April 2020, Bajjo accuses Full figure of continuously referring to him as a careless father with whom they have a child who he doesn’t care for.

“It’s indisputably well wit in your knowledge that while featuring on a Television program called Uncut on NBS on 1st April 2020 you wantonly, deliberately, negligently and illegally uttered the statements whose content was not only false but also tantamount to a criminal offence and civil wrong known as defamation,” Bajjo said.

He adds that Full Figure embarrassed him when she told the public that he needs to be helped by government being that he is living in stinking poverty.

“Your aforementioned utterances have had a direct effect of lowering the reputation of our client in the estimation of the right thinking members of public.”

That such utterances reduced him to a promiscuous and irresponsible pauper who has nowhere to sleep.

It’s from this that Bajjo asked Full figure to restrain from making further allegations against him on top of paying him 50 million shillings as damages and 2 million shillings as legal fees for the matter within 7 days

“Take further notice that should you fail to comply with our demands here in we have further instructions to institute both Criminal and civil actions against you.”

Full figure is a staunch NRM supporter while Bajjo is a diehard supporter for the People Power Movement headed by Kyadondo East Legislator Hon Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi wine

It should be remembered mid last year these two were close friends before Full figure crossed to the ruling party camp after meeting President Museveni.
